Role Overview

We are seeking a Technical Writer with at least 2 years of professional experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating clear, engaging, and user-friendly documentation for both internal and external audiences. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that complex information is translated into well-structured and accessible content.

Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, API references, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and verify technical information.

• Ensure documentation is clear, concise, consistent, and aligned with company standards.

• Adapt writing style for different audiences (technical and non-technical).

• Continuously improve existing documentation based on user feedback and evolving product features.
  Contribute to internal documentation to streamline processes and support cross-functional collaboration.
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Technical Writer or in a similar role.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple, user-friendly manner.
  Familiarity with documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, Markdown, Git, or similar).
  Experience working in a tech or SaaS environment is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
